Shipping policy

We currently ship only to the United States and we offer free shipping.

Some products ship directly from an international warehouse. Delivery times may vary depending on the product, destination, carrier, customs processing, and other delays outside of our control.

Unless a different shipping time is clearly stated, orders are expected to ship within 30 days after payment is confirmed. If we cannot ship your order within the expected time, we will contact you with an updated shipping date or offer a cancellation and refund.

For orders shipped from international warehouses to the United States, import duties, tariffs, customs fees, or carrier handling fees may apply. These charges are set by customs authorities, carriers, or other applicable parties and are the customer’s responsibility where applicable.

Free shipping means we do not charge a separate shipping fee at checkout. It does not mean import duties, tariffs, customs fees, or carrier handling fees are covered.

If you order multiple products, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
