Shipping policy
We currently ship only to the United States and offer free shipping on all orders.
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed. The estimated total delivery time is 9–18 business days after the order is placed. This delivery timeframe is an estimate and is not guaranteed.
Some products ship directly from international warehouses. Delivery times may vary depending on the product, destination, carrier, customs processing, weather, high order volumes, and other circumstances outside our control.
Although most orders are expected to arrive within 9–18 business days, unexpected delays may occur. In exceptional circumstances, delivery may take up to 30 calendar days from the date payment is confirmed. If we expect delivery to exceed 30 calendar days, we will contact you with an updated delivery estimate and offer you the option to continue waiting or cancel the undelivered order for a full refund.
For orders shipped from international warehouses to the United States, import duties, tariffs, customs fees, or carrier handling fees may apply. These charges are determined by customs authorities, carriers, or other applicable parties and are the customer’s responsibility where applicable.
Free shipping means that we do not charge a separate shipping fee at checkout. It does not mean that import duties, tariffs, customs fees, or carrier handling fees are included or covered by Soft Feminine.
If you order multiple products, they may be shipped separately and arrive in different packages or at different times.
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or orders delivered to an incorrect address when the address was provided incorrectly by the customer.
